Position Overview
Hariwan Organization is seeking a qualified female Community Mobilizer for our project. The selected candidate will lead community engagement initiatives and ensure the effective implementation of project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement & Outreach:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage local community leaders and stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate community meetings, workshops, and focus group discussions.
- Program Implementation & Monitoring:
- Collaborate with the project team to align mobilization activities with project objectives.
- Monitor and document community feedback and prepare progress reports.
- Capacity Building:
- Train and support community beneficiaries and local leaders on project methodologies.
- Assist in delivering awareness sessions and community-based activities.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of community interactions and support logistical arrangements for events.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, including safeguarding and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Academic Credentials:
- A bachelor’s degree or an advanced academic background in a relevant field.
- Professional Experience:
- Proven and extensive experience in community mobilization or a related role.
- Language Proficiency:
- Native proficiency in Kurdish.
- Strong command of both Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Additional Requirements:
- This position is open to female candidates only.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

تبحث منظمة هاريوان عن مُحفِّزة مجتمعية مؤهلة لتنفيذ مشروعها. ستكون المرشحة المختارة مسؤولة عن قيادة مبادرات التواصل المجتمعي وضمان التنفيذ الفعّال لأنشطة المشروع.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
:التواصل المجتمعي والتوعية
تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات للتواصل مع القادة المجتمعيين وأصحاب المصلحة المحليين.
تنظيم وإدارة الاجتماعات المجتمعية وورش العمل وجلسات النقاش المركزة.تنفيذ ومتابعة البرنامج:
التعاون مع فريق المشروع لضمان توافق أنشطة الحشد المجتمعي مع أهداف المشروع.
مراقبة وتوثيق ردود فعل المجتمع وإعداد تقارير التقدم.
:بناء القدرات
تدريب ودعم المستفيدين المحليين والقادة المجتمعيين على منهجيات المشروع.
المساعدة في تقديم جلسات التوعية والأنشطة المجتمعية.
:الدعم الإداري
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة حول تفاعلات المجتمع والمساهمة في الترتيبات اللوجستية للفعاليات.
ضمان الامتثال لجميع سياسات المنظمة، بما في ذلك إجراءات الحماية والمبادئ الأخلاقية.
المؤهلات والخبرة
:المؤهلات الأكاديمية
درجة البكالوريوس أو مؤهل أكاديمي.
:الخبرة المهنية
خبرة مثبتة وواسعة في الحشد المجتمعي أو دور مشابه.
:مهارات اللغات
إجادة تامة للغة الكردية.
إتقان قوي للغتين العربية والإنجليزية، تحدثًا وكتابةً.
:متطلبات إضافية
الوظيفة مخصصة للإناث فقط.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاعل مع المجتمع وإعداد التقارير.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
