🔹 Position: Trainers
🔹 Location: Duhok
🔹 Duration: 1 day for each training
🔹 Training Topics: Youth, Peace and Security (UNSCR 2250) | Conflict Prevention and Resolution | Peacebuilding and Social Cohesion | Dialogue and Facilitation Skills | Youth Leadership and Civic Engagement
Trainer Responsibilities:
✅ Design interactive and engaging training methodologies for your assigned topic
✅ Deliver practical training sessions to equip participants with essential peacebuilding and leadership skills
✅ Facilitate dialogue and ensure active youth civic engagement
✅ Evaluate and document participants’ progress throughout the training
Qualifications:
✔️ Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator, specifically working with youth and civil society
✔️ Deep understanding of the training topics, particularly UNSCR 2250 and conflict resolution frameworks
✔️ Strong ability to design interactive, engaging, and practical training sessions
✔️ Excellent communication and dialogue facilitation skills

تصميم منهجيات تدريب تفاعلية وجذابة للموضوع المخصص لك ✅
تقديم جلسات تدريبية عملية لتزويد المشاركين بالمهارات الأساسية في بناء السلام والقيادة ✅
تيسير الحوار وضمان المشاركة المدنية الفاعلة للشباب ✅
تقييم وتوثيق تقدم المشاركين طوال فترة التدريب ✅
المؤهلات:
✔️ خبرة مثبتة: سجل حافل كمدرب/ة أو ميسر/ة، وتحديداً في العمل مع فئة الشباب والمجتمع المدني
✔️ معرفة تخصصية: فهم عميق لمواضيع التدريب، وخاصة أطر حل النزاعات وقرار مجلس الأمن رقم (0522).
✔️ مهارات التصميم: قدرة قوية على تصميم وإعداد جلسات تدريبية عملية، تفاعلية، وجذابة.
✔️ مهارات التواصل: امتلاك مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وتيسير الحوار المفتوح.
