Volunteers engaged to have space in the project to participate in planning, organizing, and implementing activities, they will also give the opportunity if they have any idea for an activity to implement with the support of the team, experiences, and the exchange of ideas and information between the participating groups, their rehabilitation and promotion the cultural and social aspect through the positive and effective participation of youth in community issues and developing the spirit of positive competition and self-reliance, and reducing dependence on external factors to obtain opportunities and achieve success.
